HCG Diet Foods, HCG Diet Menu for weight loss at Care Wellness in Margate Florida
When you come to our center for your initial consultation our HCG Diet Doctor and certified clinical nutritionist will go over the entire menu of HCG Diet Foods inside and out with you to ensure you fully understand and approach the HCG Diet Menu the right way, and of course, to answer all of your questions and concerns regarding the hcg weight loss program. Below is an HCG sample menu with some do’s and dont’s for your perusal prior to commencing the diet.

Morning: You may have as much organic coffee, green tea, Yerba tea, or woo-long tea as you desire. NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS are allowed! If you cannot live without a sweetener, we recommend a product called Stevia which can be purchased at any health food store. You can also use Truvia, which is the newest natural sweetener and this can be purchased at Publix.

If you choose to you can take a fruit from lunch and eat it at breakfast time, or as a snack between breakfast and lunch, or between lunch and dinner. You may have one of the following: An apple, one half of a grapefruit, an orange, 4-6 large strawberries, or one half cup of any kind of berries.

Apples and grapefruits work best with the program because of their cleansing properties. We prefer you to use organic produce because it tastes better and is better for you. There is more nutrition in one organic apple than five regular apples! If you have a history of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar, you will need a small amount of protein to your morning meal, such as 2-3 egg whites.

Mid-day/lunch: You must eat 100 grams (3.5 oz measured uncooked) of one of the following items: organic beef or steak, organic chicken breast (skinless), veal, any white fish, or any shell fish (shrimps, scallops, etc.) Try to avoid farm raised fish and buy wild fish whenever possible.

In addition to the meat, you must have 1 cup of ONE of the following: Organic leaf lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, celery, asparagus, cucumbers, fennel, broccoli, or cabbage. These can be eaten raw, steamed or grilled, but no added fat is to be used if grilling. NO salad dressing can be used. You can use all of the lemon, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, and sea salt you desire. Generally you can use all seasonings as long as they don’t contain sugar. An example is Balsamic vinegar, which contains sugar. The only vegetables you cannot eat are the sweet ones like peas, carrots, and corn. It is best to stick with green vegetables.

You are allowed two fruits per day, which can be eaten as between meal snacks (only one fruit at each snack) or with meals, but not two fruits at one meal or snack.

Evening/Dinner: Follow the same meal plan as mid-day/lunch. However, it is best not to have the same meat, fish, or vegetables that you did for lunch.

Important Note: Eat everything as described. DO NOT SKIP MEALS! The people that skip meals do not do well on the program. You will not benefit or lose any extra weight by skipping meals. You will not lose more weight by simply eating more vegetables and eating less meat or protein. Always have protein and vegetable with lunch and dinner. The people that only have a piece of chicken for lunch (without eating their vegetables) don’t do as well on the program. Remember your body needs this healthy balance of nutrients even though you’re getting 2000 calories from your fat each day.

Meat and Fish:

  • Lean Beef
  • Halibut
  • Veal
  • Any white fish
  • Chicken breast (skinless)
  • Lobster
  • Wild Chilean Sea Bass
  • Crab
  • Sole
  • Shrimp
  • Flounder
  • Scallops

Fruit:

  • Lemon or Lime (as much as you want)
  • Strawberries (4-6 large)
  • Apple (1-2 per day)
  • Orange
  • Berries (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 Grapefruit = 1 fruit

Vegetables:

  • Spinach
  • White, yellow, red onions
  • Chard
  • Beet greens
  • Lettuces of any kind
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Red radishes
  • Fennel
  • Cucumbers
  • Asparagus
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Brussels sprouts

Seasonings:

  • Lemons
  • White or black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic
  • basil
  • Parsley
  • Any other organic herb
  • Raw organic apple cider vinegar

Tea: Green tea or any herbal tea (oolong, Yerba mate, or chamomile tea)

Other: ONE tablespoon of milk per day (usually for coffee or tea) Water (1/2 to 1 gallon daily). One of the MOST important elements on this protocol is to drink lots of spring water to flush the toxins out of your body.

The following items are STRICTLY prohibited on the HCG Diet Menu:

  • Sugar and all sugar products and drinks including sodas and diet soda, and crystal light.
  • All fruits except apple, grapefruit, orange, strawberries, or any berries.
  • All starches including bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, cookies, etc.
  • All fast foods.
  • All Alcoholic beverages – No beer, No wine, No alcohol!
  • Creams, moisturizers, and lotions. (Only use what you have to, not what you want to) (These typically contain fats, oils, etc)
  • All non-organic meats, vegetables, and fruits (preferably)
  • No Turkey, No Pork, No lamb
  • No Dairy products
  • No Nuts
  • No Salmon
  • No Peas, Corn, Carrots, or Mushrooms
  • No Juice

Remember you are ONLY eating protein, fruits, and vegetables.

Other tips: Weigh yourself immediately upon rising, after emptying your bladder and without clothes on. Remember to have your scale on a hard, flat surface. Never weigh on carpet. Take your daily dose of the HCG / B12. You will begin your low calorie program today.

You will continue with your daily dose of HCG / B12 first thing in the morning. Adhere strictly to the food menu. The program/protocol is 30 days; however you will be eating the diet for 3 days after your last HCG pill. This is done to allow your body to clear all HCG before you begin to eat more normally. The duration of your cycle has been predetermined because this is what works best. Should you need to lose more weight 2nd and 3rd cycles are available as long as you wait 6 weeks between the 1st and 2nd cycle and 8 weeks between the 2nd and 3rd cycle.

Log your weight and inches lost. Weigh yourself every morning but only measure yourself once a week. This is an important step and must not be skipped. Progress, whether in pounds or inches is a great motivator and will help you stay with the protocol.

Please note that the chemical composition of the foods that you are supposed to eat while on this program/protocol, works synergistically with the HCG to produce optimal results. There has been over 54 years of research done on this composition. So when you follow the program/protocol exactly, you will have created the best possible fat burning outcome. When we say eat chicken breast that means chicken breast, NOT turkey breast!

It is imperative that you continue following your low calorie diet for 3 days after your last HCG – B12 dose as that is how long it takes to leave your system.
